PCS is looking to recruit an Administrator to join our team in Royal Wootton Basset, Wiltshire.
Salary: £29,000
Full Time Permanent Monday to Friday but may need to work additional hours
Travel to other Depots will be a requirement
Responsibilities:
- Producing claims for work covered by Warranty by submission to the manufacturer
- Following up on warranty issues
- Answering Warranty related queries
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
- Data entry, retrieval, and database maintenance
- Managing & Maintaining spreadsheets and running reports
- Communicating with clients
- Maintaining strong working relationships with Customers
The Administrator must have
- Experience within a Warranty Administrator role
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication & Organisational skills in both verbal and written form.
- The ability to prioritise workload
- Experience in Microsoft 365
- Reliable & Flexible
- Good Timekeeping
- An eye for detail
- Full Driving Licence
